CHEFS-ET-VOUS Culinary Consulting Agency , was delighted to co-organize the Event of fine-dining dinner; this new-year’s eve on one of the most famous luxury cruises in Halong Bay (Vietnam)-  the Au-Co cruise, with the participate of the Executive chef consultant Thomas PASQUEREAU et Chef Nicolas BERGER and team on the cruise.  

The chefs worked hard together to bring the finest french culinary techniques applying on the vietnamese local ingredients, as our permanent policy of respecting the substainable developpement.

Having received the great support and confiance from Mr TRAN, President CEO and the BOD of BHAYA group, our chef consultants freely displayed their passion of culinary creating, and were really happy to transfer our know-how to the young cooks who are so enthusiastic to discover the modern french fine dining.
