PARTNERSHIP OF CHEFS ET VOUS AGENCY AND ACCOR FRANCE & FERRANDI PARIS IN THE SEMINARS FOR EXECUTIVE CHEFS AND F&B MANAGERS OF MERCURE & NOVOTEL (FRANCE)

We are very pleased to highlight our partnership with the ACCOR France Group and FERRANDI Paris for seminars with the executive chefs and F&B Managers of MECURE and NOVOTEL (France) in March and April 2023. on the theme of Restaurant’s Menu Creation and production costs management.

Meeting dynamic and motivated chefs to update their skills in kitchen management, Chef Thomas PASQUEREAU was enthusiastic sharing his own experiences as Executive Chef within the Accor France group, F&B Manager de la Garde Republican Paris and using his teaching skills as Chef Instructor at FERRANDI Paris. He shared technical tools for menu creation as well as production cost management.
